Bus Schedule

All students residing within the Cowan Heights Elementary catchment zone will be assigned transportation to and from their civic address, regardless of whether their parent/guardian has registered for a BusPlanner account.

To provide an idea of likely bus routes, transportation information for the 2025–2026 school year for Cowan Heights Elementary can be found here. Please note that routes are reviewed and adjusted each summer to reflect the current school year's student population. These routes will likely look a little different for the 2026-2027 school year. It is important to note that bus stops cannot be located outside of the school's catchment zone.

Parents/guardians must have a BusPlanner Parent Portal account to view their child's transportation details.

To access the NLSchools BusPlanner Parent Portal, visit the BusPlanner Parent Portal website and select "Create an Account" on the login page. You will need to provide your email address and create a secure password. You will also need to enter your child's information, including their Student Number, Date of Birth, School Name, and Grade.

Schools do not make transportation eligibility decisions. Transportation policies, route planning, stop locations, and transportation eligibility are determined by the NLSchools Department of Student Transportation and can be found on the NLSchools website.
