Kinderstart

Online Kindergarten Registration for the 2019-2020 school year will take place from 9:00am Wednesday, May 9 until 9:00pm Thursday, May 10. (Please note this registration is for children who will attend Kinderstart in the upcoming 2018-2019 school year and Kindergarten in the 2019-2020 school year. Children registered in Kinderstart will automatically be registered to attend Kindergarten in September 2019). Children must be five years of age on or before December 31, 2019 in order to register.

You will need the following in order to complete an online application:

• MCP number including expiration date;
• An email address in order to receive confirmation of receipt of your application;
• Contact phone number and an emergency contact phone number; and,
• An Internet-ready device

NOTE: To complete the full registration process, proof of address and confirmation of MCP number must be provided in person at our school on or before May 31, 2018.

2019-20 Update

Kinderstart sessions are scheduled from 9:00am - 11:00am and will take place on the following dates:

Friday, January 17, 2020

Friday, February 28, 2020

Friday, April 3, 2020

Friday, May 29, 2020

If school is closed unexpectedly on any of these dates, for example due to weather, Kinderstart will take place again on the next scheduled date. Please listen to the local radio stations on the scheduled date for any school closures or check out our website at https://cowanheights.nlesd.ca (We will reschedule the missed session at a later date).
